My Journey through the Alexander Technique Hi and welcome to my blog. I am learning the Alexander Technique to overcome a chronic pain condition which I suspect has been ailing me almost my whole life. I start this blog being in my second term of study at the School of F.M Alexander Studies in Melbourne Victoria, Australia. It is an amazing journey, and I must admit a lot more tiring than I thought, which I am assured is quite normal for the first year at least.
